Qualified to practice law on November 23, 2004, he opened his own Law Firm in Battipaglia (SA) that same year. During his training, he deepened his study of Canon Law, earning in 2004 the title of Attorney with a license in Canon Law from the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross in Rome.

They then completed their academic journey in 2010, obtaining a Doctorate in Canon Law, publishing a thesis titled "The Value of Jurisprudence in the Canonical Legal System" supervised by Rev. Prof. Eduardo Baura, Dissertationes Series Canonica - XXX, EDUSC 2012.
In 2010, they became a Rotale Lawyer, having obtained the title of Lawyer qualified to practice before the Roman Rota Court, completing their preparation to operate at the highest levels of ecclesiastical justice.
In 2011, they were appointed as a Lawyer for the State of Vatican City, with competence in both civil and criminal matters. Since 2016, they have been a Lawyer for the ULSA - Office of Labor of the Apostolic See, thus expanding their competencies to include labor issues within the ecclesiastical field.
Since 2022, they have held the title of Special Curator for Minors, a specialization that further enriches their ability to protect the rights of children in family procedures.
Since 2025, they have been qualified to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation, thus completing the necessary skills for dealing with family matters at all levels of judgment.
